  “年轻老人”温暖相伴高龄独居老人  志愿服务队打造“邻里守望”新模式  本报讯一支由13位50~60岁“年轻老人”组成的志愿者队伍,从5月份以来活跃在合肥市滨湖新区和园小区,他们充分发挥“年轻老人”与高龄独居老人年龄相近、共同语言较多的优势,提供访视、节日慰问等服务,打造“以老助老”的“邻里守望”新模式。   和园小区是滨湖世纪社区唯一的拆迁安置小区,60岁以上的老人近1200人,且大多数是高龄独居、行动不便老人。

  居民赵成菊一直积极参加小区志愿服务,曾经看到一则独居老人无人照顾的新闻报道,让她萌生了成立志愿服务队的念头。 基于居家养老的需求,和园网格党支部推动成立“金色夕阳”长者志愿服务队。

  很快,赵成菊在小区里活动了起来,叫上自己平时的玩伴、动员退休人员,一支专门服务高龄独居老人的志愿服务队成立了,他们采取编组结对的方式,固定人员上门为老人服务。

“定期去这些高龄独居的老人家里,看看他们的身体状况、精神状况,看到他们好好的就行。

”队长赵成菊说。

  今年60岁的陈绍翠在滨湖医院做保洁工作,听说和园小区为高龄独居老人招募志愿者的事,立即报名。 邓月桂长期在家带孙女,现在孙女长大了,邓月桂却不知道自己还能做什么。 赵成菊上门动员她参加志愿队,她欣然答应,“每个人都会老,帮助这些高龄老人,其实也是在帮我们自己。

”  家住和园小区14幢的马昆英老人,今年81岁,她已经习惯了志愿者前来定期探访,“年纪大了,行动不便,也没个讲话的人,他们隔段时间就来跟我聊聊天,就这样挺好的。 ”  今年90岁的杨安芳长期卧床不起,平时主要由护工照顾。

陈绍翠担心老人心情郁闷加重病情,隔三差五地就去找老人聊天,一扫老人心中的苦闷。   “金色夕阳”长者志愿服务队用自己的辛勤付出,为小区的高龄独居老人撑起保护伞,让他们老有所依,老有所乐。
